Ben Clifton joined Midtown Property Law in July of 2021 where his practice is concentrated in residential real estate law, with an emphasis on Relocation matters.
Background
Clerked for the HONORABLE Naomi Morris at the N.C. Ct. of Appeals in 70-71, then worked as an Associate for two different firms in Raleigh until Fall of 79. Opened my general practice firm and formed a partnership with Richard Singer to engage in the general practice of law in 82. Tried many cases in District and Superior Court, including serious criminal matters, medical malpractice, personal injury, business torts, and Family Law matters. Practice gradually turned toward residential real estate. Represented several large builders, including Pulte Homes and Beazer Homes, as well as Forever Home. Currently represent Cartus Relocation and Weichert Relocation over the entire state, as a member of Midtown Property Law.
